An evening with Fernanda Rossi

"Can you show me something?" usually means "can you show me a fundraising trailer?" Today, a short work-in-progress or demo is essential to raise funds, whether it's used for grants, crowdfunding or private investors. Stop the guess work of what works and what doesn't work in this 2-hour session with the internationally respected author of the book Trailer Mechanics, Fernanda Rossi. To put theory into practice, the evening will include a hands-on analysis of trailers.
Fernanda Rossi is a story consultant to over 300 films, including two Academy Award nominees® (The Garden, by Scott Hamilton Kennedy, and Recycled Life, by Leslie Iwerks) and hundreds of trailers, many of which received funding from ITVS, NYSCA and NFB.Trailer Mechanics will be available at a discount at the end of the evening.
